I recommend others don't buy their product either. I would have to buy another expensive voice from them again if I wanted to use it.After that disappointment, I refused to buy from textaloud again. They flat out emailed to me that they would not do it. They gave it to me before, with the software, & I did not see why they couldn't just verify that I had bought it from them & emai me the key so I could use it again. I didn't need to download the software that I had paid for again. I emailed Nextup & told them what happened. Then my harddrive crashed! I was able to restore the Neospeech software from the crashed harddisk, but the textaloud/neospeech program required that I re-enter the key to get it working again. Eventually, I preferred Mary, but I had a use for the Neospeech voice also. If you can actually find it on their site, you're a hacker & you're good.It's free, & while it's not natural sounding, it is very understandable.A few years back I purchased on of their Neospeech voices. I've spent too many hours installing & trying out the other text2speech programs and they don't compare, or cost too much.TextAoud's best voice IMHO, is Microsoft Mary. And it was replaced by the new Amazon Polly cloud service.Shopping 2014 TextAloud With AT&T Natural Voices (Windows user reviewsI've used this program, on & off, for years, & it's always been the best available. NOTE: IVONA TTS is not available to download anymore on Google Play. Many of you have always had trouble downloading the voices, since many of them had stopped appearing in the Google Play Store. This is not a project share post, but one that I will use to put at your disposal all the voices of the old IVONA synthesizer.
